Ari is the founder of REL Solutions, a social health company focused on de-stigmatizing loneliness and rebuilding human connection in the modern world. He is the creator of the Social Fitness Test, a diagnostic tool used by organizations like McDonald’s and the Blue Zones Project to improve culture, retention, and workplace well-being. Ari has hosted hundreds of in-person conversations, led immersive events, and developed scalable social programs that help individuals and teams reconnect in a post-COVID era.
Kunal is a licensed nutritionist, public health professional, and holds a degree in neuroscience. His professional expertise lies in identifying organizational weaknesses, building scalable systems, and training teams to ensure long-term sustainable function. He manages health clinics, wellness non-profits, and has strong ties to the business and medical community.
Xavaar is a former scientist and software engineer with experience in genetic engineering, he is currently a Masters student at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. He is a brand manager, event organizer, and has ties to to the creative and non-profit communities. Xavaar host community education and engagement event’s through SoapBox Project, a Seattle Based Non-profit, and hosts singles events every Thursday at venues and bars around Seattle for Thursday Dating.
